GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If you have booked use of the sauna only, you may cancel at no cost. If you have booked an inclusive package and/or treatment, the following rules apply in the case of cancellation:

  • Cancellation more than 1 month before appointed time – the guest pays nothing to Zuiver.
  • Cancellation more than 14 days before appointed time – the guest pays 35% of the value of the booking to
  • Zuiver.
  • Cancellation more than 7 days before appointed time – the guest pays 50% of the value of the booking to Zuiver.
  • Cancellation more than 3 days before appointed time – the guest pays 60% of the value of the booking to Zuiver.
  • Cancellation more than 24 hours before appointed time – the guest pays 85% of the value of the booking to Zuiver.
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before appointed time – the guest pays 100% of the value of the booking to Zuiver.
