Spa Zuiver - Amsterdam


HOUSE RULES

At Zuiver, you can enjoy heavenly rest and relaxation. To guarantee this, we apply the following house rules: 

  • Anyone over the age of 16 is welcome at Zuiver.
  • You may leave your personal property in your locker or carry it with you in a transparent Zuiver bag available from reception. Use of your own bags is not permitted.
  • Swimwear is not permitted.
  • Bathing slippers must be worn, but are not permitted in the sauna.
  • A bath robe must be worn in the restaurants, relaxation rooms and on the terrace.
  • It is not permitted to carry out personal care activities such as cleaning your teeth, shaving etc.
  • You must wear your locker wrist band so that your spending can be tracked.
  • You must shower before using the pools, saunas, steam baths and other facilities. After using a hot room, you must shower again before using a pool.
  • When using the sauna, your entire body must be on a towel.
  • To allow all guests maximum relaxation, most of the facilities must be used peacefully and quietly. There are clear signs indicating where facilities must be used in silence.
  • Only Zuiver employees are permitted to pour anything onto saunas and other facilities. Guests are not permitted to add their own aromatic oils to saunas.
  • It is not permitted to consume your own food and drinks. We will be happy to serve your with drinks and snacks in our bar and restaurant.
  • Towels are not permitted in the restaurant.
  • It is not permitted to occupy loungers, seating and chairs if you are not actually using them.
  • Disruptive behaviour, both verbal and non-verbal, and forced or voluntary acts of intimacy are not permitted.
  • Guests who fail to comply must, on receipt of payment in full, leave Zuiver immediately.
  • Smoking is not permitted except in the designated smoking area outside.
  • To ensure the peace of other guests is not disturbed, the use of mobile phones is not permitted.
  • Photography and filming are strictly forbidden.
  • Zuiver cannot be held liable for the loss or theft of belonging or valuables brought by guests, and accepts no
  • liability for injury to persons and/or damage to property.
